Duties and Powers (Responsibility)
- The college has the responsibility to deliver quality vocational training by using international standards and international best practices as the basis, and, adopting, adapting and verifying them in the Ethiopian context – is a pivotal element.
- The college has the responsibility to give an important role with regard to feasible technology transfer service to the needy Small and Micro Enterprises
- The college has also the responsibility to shape its trainees with the necessary knowledge, skill& attitude required to investigate to apply work ethical values & basic and personal work practices and values practiced within a range of service industry operations are demonstrated consistently with acceptable ethical conduct and company’s core values.
